The Event - HYO Filial 2015

Every year has its' challenges and this year was no different with my 2nd time around for the HYO event. As they say, there is no guarantees in life but "taxes and death", - we need to live with this reality but always, always hope and pray for the best. Well, the best was what was presented with the international team that had collected. Some old friends from last year, and some new, but all with the same understanding and passion to showcase their pride and heart as they represent their national flag.

Funny now that I'm doing my thing in reverse by reaching out to non-Koreans. It's all the same really as we're making an exchange for better understanding. Both parties are required as audience members and participants. It's how we say it and how it's understood. I know we're a little bit closer than yesterday.

Attendance doubled in numbers for 2015
