Remembering not to Forget

They say that as we get older, our short term memory becomes more challenged but somehow we manage to recall stories from yesteryears. Maybe because our childhood years are most carefree and our senses are fully alert that these recollections are most comforting and dear to us. Since my grandmother’s passing my father has dedicated many hours to this cause and comforted many of those feeling desolated to revive a piece of memory that might conjure some joy.
